The Lead King East showing is in an east-facing cirque, part of the headwaters of Eight Mile Creek, a tributary to Zymoetz River, 15.5 kilometres southeast of Terrace, B.C.

The Lead King property is predominantly underlain by Early Jurassic intrusive rocks of the Kleanza Plutonic Suite (EJi). The Lead King East showing is in the southeastern corner of the property and is within part of a keel or roof pendant of Pre-Permian Mt. Attree Volcanics, consisting predominantly of andesite and basalt breccias and flows.

In 2017, J. Morton collected three samples from large boulders on the floor of the Lead King basin (Lead King East) that returned assays from 0.29 to 1.05 grams per tonne Au, 1.3 to 14.8 grams per tonne Ag and anomalous copper values (Assessment Report 37371).
